- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 package gnocchi (16 oz)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Gnocchi: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the gnocchi and cook them according to the package instructions until they gracefully float to the top. Drain and set aside.
- Combine Ingredients in Skillet: In a large skillet heated over medium, combine the shredded chicken, chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix everything together until evenly combined.
- Heat Through: Allow your mixture to simmer, stirring occasionally for about 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Fold in Gnocchi: Carefully fold in the cooked gnocchi, ensuring each piece is coated in the sauce.
- Season and Serve: Taste your creation and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

You can prepare the chicken and sauce a day in advance and refrigerate.
