Description

A delightful fusion of creamy ranch-infused chicken and crispy bacon stuffed in tender jumbo pasta shells, topped with melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Crispy Bacon, Diced
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups Pasta Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente, then drain and cool slightly.
  3. Combine shredded chicken, diced bacon, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stuff each shell with the filling generously.
  5. Arrange the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish snugly.
  6. Pour pasta sauce over the shells and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare a day in advance and store in the fridge. Adjust bake time if cooking from cold.
