Ingredients

  • 8 Hot Dogs (beef, turkey, or vegan)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 2 Jalapeños (diced)
  • 1 can Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika or Chili Powder
  • Oil for Frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the hot dogs into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and diced jalapeños in a mixing bowl, adding paprika or chili powder.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into squares.
  5. Place a piece of hot dog and a spoonful of the cheese mixture in each dough square.
  6. Seal the edges by folding and pinching to secure the filling.
  7. Arrange on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
