Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken salad filled with crunchy celery and a hint of tang.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken (Shredded)
  • 1 cup Celery (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken and chopped celery in a large mixing bowl, mixing them together until evenly distributed.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and optional garlic and onion powders in a separate bowl until creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and celery mixture. With a spatula, fold the dressing into the salad, ensuring everything is well coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. More salt, pepper, or a squeeze of lemon can elevate your dish even further.
