- 1 head of lettuce (Bibb or romaine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat, allowing it to warm gradually.
- Cook the chicken: Add the ground chicken to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and peanuts: Introduce chopped vegetables and peanuts into the skillet, stirring for about 5 minutes.
- Incorporate sauces: Pour in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix and cook for an additional minute.
- Remove and cool: Take the skillet off the heat and allow the filling to cool slightly.
- Assemble and serve: Spoon the warm filling into each lettuce leaf, wrapping them tightly. Serve immediately.
