- 1 Flatbread
- 2 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 cup Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Caesar Dressing
- ¼ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (optional)
- 4 slices Crispy Bacon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Cook the chicken on the grill for 6–8 minutes per side, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Rest the chicken for a couple of minutes before slicing into strips.
- Layer the flatbread with cooked chicken, romaine, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top.
- Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
- Cool slightly, then slice into pieces and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken overnight. Adjust optional ingredients based on personal preference.
