Description

A delightful blend of grilled chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing layered on a toasted flatbread for a perfect summer meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 Flatbread
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Caesar Dressing
  • ¼ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (optional)
  • 4 slices Crispy Bacon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  3. Cook the chicken on the grill for 6–8 minutes per side, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Rest the chicken for a couple of minutes before slicing into strips.
  5. Layer the flatbread with cooked chicken, romaine, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top.
  7. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
  8. Cool slightly, then slice into pieces and serve.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken overnight. Adjust optional ingredients based on personal preference.
