- 8 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 1/4 cup canned chili
- 1 package lil smokies
- 1.5 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each jalapeño in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Blend the cream cheese, colby jack, chili, lil smokies, and BBQ seasoning in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Spoon the filling into each jalapeño half.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut into strips to wrap around each jalapeño half.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
