Description

A refreshing Caribbean Summer Salad bursting with tropical flavors from mango, pineapple, and avocado, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
