Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta

Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun spices, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak tips until browned.
  3. Cook the penne pasta in a pot according to package instructions until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet with the steak, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Fold drained penne into the skillet, mixing until well coated.
  7. Serve the dish in warm bowls, garnishing with extra Parmesan.
