Instructions

- Cook the penne pasta in a pot according to package instructions until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet with the steak, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
- Fold drained penne into the skillet, mixing until well coated.
- Serve the dish in warm bowls, garnishing with extra Parmesan.
