Description

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot or wok over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Toss in the shredded cabbage, sliced carrots, and bell pepper, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
