Description

  • 4 Soft Pretzel Buns
  • 1 lb Savory Sausage (pork, turkey, or plant-based)
  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 slices Cheese (cheddar, American, or pepper jack)

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat. Add the savory sausage and cook until nicely browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Whisk your eggs in a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Once the sausage is ready, pour the eggs into the skillet, stirring gently until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Fry bacon slices in a separate pan until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Slice the warm pretzel buns in half and layer them with cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and crispy bacon. Add a slice of cheese on top.
