- 1/4 cup warm milk

- 4 large eggs, scrambled
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Activate the yeast: In a large bowl, whisk together the warm milk and sugar, adding the instant yeast. Allow this mixture to sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Combine ingredients: Pour in the melted butter, flour, salt, and garlic powder into the yeast mixture. Stir until a shaggy dough starts to form.
- Knead your dough: Transfer the mixture to a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let it rise: Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven: As your dough rises, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape your rolls: Roll out the dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Fill the rolls: Spread the scrambled eggs, diced ham, and shredded cheese evenly over the dough.
- Roll and cut: Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into even pieces.
- Second rise: Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with hollandaise: Drizzle warm hollandaise sauce over the rolls before serving.
