Description

A delicious fusion of smash burgers wrapped in soft taco shells, bursting with flavor and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup special sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat and lightly coat it with cooking oil.
  2. Divide the ground beef into equal portions, about 3-4 ounces each, and roll them into loose balls.
  3. Place those beef balls on the surface and use a sturdy spatula to smash them down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until edges are crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Flip the patties and let them cook for another 1-2 minutes. Optionally, add a slice of cheese during the last minute.
  5. Warm taco shells or tortillas on the other side of the griddle.
  6. Assemble your tacos by placing a patty in each shell and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and special sauce.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, prepare the special sauce in advance. Customize toppings as desired.
