Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- Taco shells or tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup special sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat and lightly coat it with cooking oil.
- Divide the ground beef into equal portions, about 3-4 ounces each, and roll them into loose balls.
- Place those beef balls on the surface and use a sturdy spatula to smash them down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until edges are crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Flip the patties and let them cook for another 1-2 minutes. Optionally, add a slice of cheese during the last minute.
- Warm taco shells or tortillas on the other side of the griddle.
- Assemble your tacos by placing a patty in each shell and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and special sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For best flavor, prepare the special sauce in advance. Customize toppings as desired.
