Description

A comforting bowl of flavorful beef ramen noodles, packed with vibrant vegetables and rich sauces.


Ingredients

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 250g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles by boiling a pot of water and following package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok, pour in sesame oil, and heat over medium-high until shimmering.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the thinly sliced beef, browning for about 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Introduce the mixed vegetables, stir-frying for about 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to coat all ingredients.
  7. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, gently tossing to combine.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Feel free to customize the vegetables or substitute beef with chicken or tofu.
