- 200g ramen noodles
- 250g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles by boiling a pot of water and following package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet or wok, pour in sesame oil, and heat over medium-high until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the thinly sliced beef, browning for about 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Introduce the mixed vegetables, stir-frying for about 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to coat all ingredients.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, gently tossing to combine.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
