Description

A delightful Banana Pudding Eclair Cake featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, fresh banana slices, and drizzled chocolate glaze, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1 package of eclair shells or pastry shells
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting or glaze

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
  3. In a serving dish, layer half of the eclair shells at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the sliced bananas evenly over the shells.
  5. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining eclair shells, banana slices, and pudding mixture.
  7. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight for best results.
