- 1 large egg

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until creamy and well-blended.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a spoon, drop small spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, frying until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
- Once golden, remove the donut holes with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
