Description

A deliciously tender chicken breast topped with crispy bacon and creamy ranch sauce, perfect for cozy family dinners or festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of thick-cut bacon
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy and remove, leaving the drippings in the pot.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brown in the bacon drippings for 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Add ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  4. Pour the chicken broth into the pot, scraping up browned bits.
  5. Mix in the sour cream, allowing the chicken to simmer until cooked through (165°F) for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Finish by crumbling the reserved bacon on top and garnishing with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a lighter twist, replace sour cream with Greek yogurt. Customize with sautéed vegetables or cheese.
