- 4 cups hash browns
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the sausage, onions, and bell peppers in a large skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl, adding salt and pepper.
- Combine the hash browns and sausage mixture, then add the cheese.
- Prepare the greased baking dish and pour the mixture in, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
