- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until creamy.
- Gently fold in the shredded rotisserie chicken until well coated.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

Notes
You can prepare the tzatziki sauce a day in advance. Just add the chicken when you’re ready to serve to keep it fresh.
