Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onions, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
- Add the shredded turkey and cooked rice to the pot.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
