- 1 cup sloppy joe sauce
- 4 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Top the mixture with frozen tater tots, spreading them evenly.
- Cover the skillet and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
