- 4 large tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices.
- Cook the halloumi slices in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Spread sweet chili sauce on each tortilla.
- Add the cooked halloumi, salad greens, bell peppers, and cilantro on top.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
