Description

Delicious wraps filled with crispy halloumi cheese and sweet chili sauce, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 200g halloumi cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices.
  3. Cook the halloumi slices in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Spread sweet chili sauce on each tortilla.
  6. Add the cooked halloumi, salad greens, bell peppers, and cilantro on top.
  7. Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
