- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the brownies are baking, prepare the lemon glaze by mixing powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Once the brownies are done, let them cool before drizzling the lemon glaze on top.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
