Description

A delightful layered dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores into a charming lasagna format, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk in a bowl until smooth and allow to thicken for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour half of the pudding over the crust and spread evenly, then sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows on top.
  4. Top with half of the whipped cream, spreading it carefully.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining pudding, marshmallows, and whipped cream.
  6. Finish by sprinkling chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

S’mores lasagna is best made a day in advance to allow the flavors to meld together.
