- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk in a bowl until smooth and allow to thicken for 5 minutes.
- Pour half of the pudding over the crust and spread evenly, then sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows on top.
- Top with half of the whipped cream, spreading it carefully.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pudding, marshmallows, and whipped cream.
- Finish by sprinkling chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
S’mores lasagna is best made a day in advance to allow the flavors to meld together.
