Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the Parmesan mixture and place them on a sheet pan.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and broccoli florets around the chicken on the sheet pan.
