- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbread.
- Spread the sliced red onions and crumbled feta cheese over the cheese.
- Drizzle hot honey over the top and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
Notes
For a make-ahead option, prepare the flatbread base and brush it with olive oil, then store it in the fridge. Top with ingredients when ready to bake.
