Description

This flatbread pizza combines melted mozzarella, sweet hot honey, feta, and red onions for a unique and flavorful experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Spread the sliced red onions and crumbled feta cheese over the cheese.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over the top and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and let it cool for a minute before slicing.

Notes
