- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, sauté garlic in a bit of oil until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and chicken broth; cook until broccoli is tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and shredded chicken; mix well.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
