Description

A luxurious and creamy ice cream infused with aromatic rose water and crunchy pistachios, perfect for summer indulgence.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1/4 cup rose water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the heavy cream, sugar, whole milk, rose water, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed pistachios.
  4. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to instructions (about 20–25 minutes).
  5. Transfer the ice cream to a suitable container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
