Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
- 1/4 cup rose water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the heavy cream, sugar, whole milk, rose water, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed pistachios.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to instructions (about 20–25 minutes).
- Transfer the ice cream to a suitable container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
