Description

A delicious appetizer featuring mushrooms stuffed with a creamy mixture of pistachio and goat cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix together goat cheese, chopped pistachios, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the pistachio and goat cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
