Description

Persian Shish Andaz Meat is a delicious and flavorful dish that showcases the rich culinary traditions of Persian cuisine, featuring marinated meat grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb or beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine grated onion, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the meat cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
