- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts before serving.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add melted chocolate to the filling.
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
