Description

Delicious and easy-to-make no bake berry cheesecake bars that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
