- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, even cubes.
- Transfer the potato cubes into a large mixing bowl and pour in the olive oil, sprinkling the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and parsley.
- Using your hands or a spatula, gently toss the potatoes until coated.
- Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
Notes
For crispy potatoes, ensure they are spread out in a single layer on the baking sheet. The dish can also be made in an air fryer at 390°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes for a quicker option.
