Description

A quick and delicious dish featuring shrimp and asparagus sautéed in a lemon garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Add asparagus and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
