Description

A delicious and easy-to-make grilled cheese burrito that combines the classic flavors of grilled cheese with the convenience of a burrito.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  5. Spread butter on the outside of the burrito.
  6. Place the burrito seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the burrito and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
