A delicious and easy-to-make grilled cheese burrito that combines the classic flavors of grilled cheese with the convenience of a burrito.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Spread butter on the outside of the burrito.
- Place the burrito seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the burrito and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add other fillings like jalapeños or avocado for extra flavor.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon.
