Description

High Protein Cheesy Buffalo Chicken is a delicious and nutritious dish that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken with a cheesy twist, perfect for a protein-packed meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well combined.
  3. Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and half of the cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
