Instructions
- Preheat your grill. Season the steak with salt and pepper, grill for 6–8 minutes per side for desired doneness.
- While the steak cooks, roast the corn on the grill until golden brown, about 10–15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine fresh greens, roasted corn, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
- Rest the grilled steak for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
