- 1 package of pizza dough
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the balls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the cheese filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
