Description

A delicious and indulgent pizza bomb filled with gooey mozzarella cheese and seasoned with garlic, perfect for sharing or enjoying on your own.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  4. Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the balls.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the cheese filling.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
