- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into a pie dish to form the crust.

- Remove from heat and stir in coconut and pecans.

- Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled pie and refrigerate until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional coconut and pecans if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for the ganache.
- Make sure to let the pie cool completely before slicing for cleaner pieces.
- This pie can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
