Description

Garlic Rosemary Roasted Potatoes Ricotta is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines crispy roasted potatoes with the creamy richness of ricotta cheese, enhanced by the aromatic flavors of garlic and rosemary.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
