- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine creamy peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl; mix until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until a thick dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a twist, use crunchy peanut butter or add chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for up to 2 days before baking.
