Description

Soft and chewy cookies combining rich peanut butter with luscious marshmallow fluff for a nostalgic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine creamy peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl; mix until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until a thick dough forms.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet with space in between.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a twist, use crunchy peanut butter or add chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for up to 2 days before baking.
