Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of creamy goodness, ripe mangoes, and graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • Optional: additional mango slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose cream and condensed milk, whipping until smooth.
  2. In a rectangular baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  3. Spread a portion of the cream mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  4. Add a layer of diced mangoes over the cream.
  5. Repeat layers of graham crackers, cream, and mangoes until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, preferably overnight.
  7. Slice into squares and garnish with additional mango slices before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best flavor development. You can customize with different fruits or add crushed nuts for texture.
