- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Red pepper flakes (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken by rubbing it with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Slice the chicken thinly.
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth and water and bring to a gentle simmer. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (approximately 4-5 minutes).
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir continuously until slightly thickened.
- Drain the ramen and add it to the pot with the broth, mixing gently to combine.
- Serve the ramen topped with sliced chicken, drizzled with creamy garlic sauce, and garnished with sliced green onions and red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken overnight with spices. Customize with vegetables or tofu as desired.
