Description

A delicious and hearty Dumpling Ramen Bowl that combines tender dumplings with flavorful ramen noodles in a savory broth.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 cup dumplings (frozen or homemade)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the dumplings to the pot.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, bok choy, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Once everything is cooked, serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
