- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the dumplings to the pot.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, bok choy, garlic, and ginger.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once everything is cooked, serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
