- 1 cup garlic cream sauce (or the pizza sauce of your choice)
- Pizza crust/dough (can be store-bought)
- ⅓ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- ⅔ cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup thinly sliced dill pickles
- 1 cup chopped bacon (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup ranch dressing (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Spread the garlic cream sauce evenly across the base.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese atop the sauce.
- Layer thinly sliced dill pickles over the cheese and add chopped bacon if desired.
- Bake for about 7 minutes, then switch to the top rack and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
Notes
For a cut above, serve with ranch dressing or grate more cheese on top. You can also customize with extra toppings like vegetables or chickpeas.
