Description

Crockpot Soy Honey Garlic Chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the savory flavors of soy sauce, the sweetness of honey, and the aromatic essence of garlic, all cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
