Description

Deliciously crunchy avocado fries coated with Parmesan and panko, made effortlessly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for air frying

Instructions

  1. Prep the avocados: Cut in half, remove the pit, and slice into fry-sized pieces (about ½ inch thick).
  2. Mix the coating: In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the fries: Dip each avocado fry into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  4. Preheat the air fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Prepare the air fryer basket: Spray lightly to prevent sticking and arrange fries in a single layer.
  6. Lightly spray tops: Give a light spritz of cooking spray on top of the fries.
  7. Air fry: Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, checking halfway through.
  8. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
