Ingredients

- Sandwich Rolls or Buns

Instructions
- Cook the chicken by marinating in buttermilk for at least an hour, then cook in a skillet or air fryer until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast the rolls lightly in the oven or skillet until golden.
- Layer the crispy chicken on one half of each roll.
- Add a generous handful of Romaine lettuce on top of the chicken.
