- 150g bacon, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with bacon and garlic.
- Remove the skillet from heat and quickly pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti, tossing to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Make sure to remove the skillet from heat before adding the egg mixture to prevent scrambling.
- You can substitute bacon with pancetta for a different flavor.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
