Description

A romantic dish featuring tender salmon fillets in a creamy sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets, skin-on
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them skin-side down in the skillet. Sear for 4-5 minutes until golden. Turn and cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and gradually add Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  4. Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Pat the salmon dry for a better sear. Consider marinating ahead of time for enhanced flavor.
